We at Alpha Omega use only straight cement custom mix just for us by Metro Ready Mix
(they are the company building your bridges’ and interstates as well as most of the new down town).  Our mix is a combination of 3500 psi fiber.  You will find No Ash / Fly Ash is used in our mixes.

Fly Ash mix deteriorates 3 times faster depending on weather conditions here in Middle Tennessee wear freezing and thawing are natural enemies to anything other then straight cement.  Other wise Fly Ash will wear away the surface level exposing rocks and sands within a short period of time.

Make darn sure you know what type of concrete / cement you are paying for, and what really is being poured on your property.

I have had my feet in concrete for 32 years.  We are honest and are there to assist you and address your needs.  We consider all aspects of the job that may effect the whole job to insure your project with stand the test of time and normal wear and tear,  We at Alpha Omega consider all issues that encompasses any job large or small.  If the job needs rock and how much, if an Exterminator is needed as well as using 6 mill plastic for the protection of an interior project. We also take into consideration overhead gutter, down spouts, like rain spill off that may drain into the space between the house foundation ant the basement or garage causing freezing and thawing cracks that will allow moisture to reach into your home which will create mold spores’ will can grow quickly from the foundation to the inside living area in business or home.

If these basic and inexpensive precautions are addressed and implemented before you begin it will save you much distress and unnecessary cost that can should be avoid it you have the right company looking after your best interest and long term relationships.  That would be us.  These issues need to be address before or replaces existing concrete.  We own all our equipment and are licensed, bonded, and insured.
